HTMLRadar document read-tracking dashboard

HTMLRadar - HTML Document Read Tracking

Web Development

Read tracking for HTML decks, briefs and proposals. Upload a document or point at one you already host, send a tracked link, and see who opened it, which sections they actually read, and where they stopped - section-level dwell time rather than a single "opened" flag. Open source under AGPL-3.0, with a hosted service on a free and paid tier.

Built with
Key features
  • Section-level dwell time on any HTML file, with sections detected automatically from headings, slide containers or plain prose
  • One dashboard row per real reader, with email, country, device, engaged time, scroll depth and visit history, refreshed while you watch
  • Per-recipient share links, each with its own email gate, password, expiry, revocation and allow-list, all changeable after sending
  • Replace the document or attach supporting files without reissuing links - every existing share serves the current version, and every download is logged per viewer

Mimir knowledge-base service

Mimir

Process & Governance

A live knowledge-base hit-tracking service for UV's ROTC governance framework. Tracks how many times a known issue has been hit, by whom, and disseminates the solution once one exists - intended to replace and augment per-project Markdown KNOWN_ISSUES.md files with one central, queryable service. Matching is pure keyword scoring; no embeddings, no vector search.

Built with
Key features
  • Scope-aware exact match on a signature hash, followed by keyword scoring against a candidate pool, before a new issue is ever created
  • Three issue scopes - project-siloed by default, GENERAL to collapse the same issue across every project, or TECHNOLOGY to collapse by a shared technology tag
  • Admin-triggered dedup review queue that surfaces likely duplicate issues, within a project or across every project, for explicit human merge review
  • Reopen endpoint with an append-only audit trail, so a wrongly-closed issue can be corrected without editing or deleting any prior hit or solution record

Palladium - Multi-Tenant Licensing Engine

Integration & Tools

A white-label-capable, multi-tenant licensing engine. It assigns licences to software packages scoped per client and per project, and brokers role-based access control decisions on behalf of each licensed package. Consuming products integrate through a frozen, generated OpenAPI contract and a dependency-light .NET client SDK rather than hand-rolled HTTP calls.

Built with
Key features
  • Licence assignment to software packages, scoped per client and per project across multiple tenants
  • Centralised role-based access control decisions brokered on behalf of each licensed package
  • Tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, with an automated gate that requires a cross-tenant isolation test for every tenant-scoped route
  • A frozen OpenAPI 3.1 contract generated from the running service, guarded by a diff gate that fails any unintended change to the published surface

Svarog reverse-booking tender and auction platform

Svarog - Reverse-Booking Tender and Auction Platform

Web Development

A reverse-booking tender and auction platform for services and goods. Rather than browsing catalogues and comparing static offers, buyers publish a structured request and invited vendors bid against it, then the buyer compares the bids and awards the winner. Supports sealed and open auction formats across hospitality, catering, transport, activities, goods and custom service categories.

Built with
Key features
  • Blind bid auctions with sealed bids revealed at close, and open auctions showing anonymised leading bids
  • Structured requests that separate mandatory requirements from scored nice-to-haves, so bids are comparable rather than free-form
  • Configurable location matching: strict radius, radius warning, or no geographic filter
  • Multi-category coverage spanning restaurants, hotels, activities, catering, transport, goods and custom services

Key features
  • Searchable document library with in-browser viewing and direct download
  • Catalogue of infrastructure and cloud management tools with per-tool metadata
  • Token-authenticated REST API for programmatic access to documents and tooling
  • Sandboxed file handling with path validation and access controls

UV ROTC Governance Framework policy architecture

UV ROTC Governance Framework

Process & Governance

A structured operating framework that governs how UV plans, builds, tests and ships software. Built with
Key features
  • Explicit definition-of-ready and definition-of-done criteria gating every unit of work
  • Three-layer testing standard requiring a full pass rate with no mocking at system boundaries
  • Automated enforcement hooks that block non-compliant actions at the point of execution
  • Evidence-based completion, with verifiable command output required before sign-off
