Our internal engineering knowledge base has crossed 500 recorded issues across the project portfolio, with 73% already solved and 783 reuse hits recorded -- each hit is a case where a past fix was found and reused instead of being re-solved from scratch.

2026 Business Development: Milestone Thresholds Reached
Crossed two milestones in our 2026 business-development pipeline: over 250,000 PLN in cumulative priced offers sent to prospective clients, and more than 20 distinct client engagements underway. Further thresholds will be announced as they're reached.

Released v14.0 of our internal AI-agent governance framework: dependency-aware task orchestration across multiple coordinated AI coding agents, automated compliance/testing gates, and corpus-wide automated issue tracking -- the latest of a series of releases in continuous use and iteration since earlier this year.

Engineering Knowledge Base: Central Service Rollout
Rolled out a live, centralized knowledge-base service that tracks solved engineering issues and reusable fixes across our entire project portfolio, replacing scattered per-project issue logs with one searchable, shared record every project now writes to.

Wormwood: Business-Rule Isolation Fix
Fixed a data-isolation bug in the workflow engine's rules processor where one integration's business rules could bleed into and override another integration's results on a shared endpoint. The fix scopes every request to only its own correct rule set.

UVWeb: Mobile Performance & SEO Pass
Completed a mobile performance and SEO remediation pass on the production site (compression, caching, faster page loads).

Glam4Less: Payment Display Accuracy Fix
Fixed a bug on the peer-to-peer clothing rental marketplace where booking payments and payout amounts were displayed 100 times smaller than their real value, caused by an incorrect currency-unit conversion in the payment summary views.

Palladium: v0.2.0 UAT Release
Delivered the first user-acceptance-testing release (v0.2.0) to a dedicated test environment, including OAuth/OIDC-based login.

Partner Delivery: Fire-Safety Compliance Engine for Revit
In partnership with Code Zero, delivering a fire-stopping and passive-fire-protection compliance engine integrated directly into Autodesk Revit for a construction-industry client. The contracted MVP build has passed its second payment milestone, moving toward full delivery.

Palladium: Cross-Platform Error-Response Fix
Fixed a bug where a URL-format check inside the licensing platform's error-response logic behaved correctly on Windows but incorrectly rejected valid values when the service ran on Linux, due to an operating-system difference in a standard library function. Replaced it with a portable, standards-based check that behaves identically across environments.

Designed, built, and shipped a new public Projects/Portfolio page and a public Work Feed page for the company website, backed by a full automated test suite.

Built a configurable role-based access system for the form-rendering platform: field-level visibility and edit permissions per user role, plus distinct layout variants for standard, decision-approval, and read-only audit views of the same workflow.

HTMLRadar: Cross-Browser Access Fix
Fixed a bug where password- and email-protected document links appeared to accept the correct password but silently failed to unlock the content for anyone using Safari, caused by an invalid character in the access cookie's name. Added an automated test to keep it from recurring.

Glam4Less: Pre-Launch Account & Payment Routing Fix
Diagnosed and fixed a load-balancer configuration gap on the peer-to-peer clothing rental marketplace that was silently blocking account registration, login, session refresh, and payment-webhook delivery during pre-launch acceptance testing, clearing the final blocker before the platform's public launch.

Deployed the first production run of an automated trading-strategy evaluation platform (systematic strategy sweeps against live market data), backed by a hardened automated test suite and a shadow-mode paper-trading validation pipeline.
