Uued Viljapuuaiad was built on decades of first-principles engineering, not a trend. Our founder has been writing software since the turn of the century - hundreds of technologies, hundreds of languages, spent inside the actual mechanics of digital systems rather than the marketing layer above them. That depth is what UV is built to deliver: not a technology stack, but technological partnership.
We move comfortably across any technology landscape. Some engagements call for something built from the ground up; just as often, the right answer is something we've already built and proven, adapted rather than reinvented. Which one fits a given problem is itself the judgment we're selling, not a fixed toolkit we push regardless of fit.
Integration is the core of the practice - pulling data and technology together into something a client can actually run their business on, including where that now means LLM agents doing real work, not just a demo. Where a no-code platform or a non-relational database genuinely serves the problem better than the traditional stack, we move there deliberately, not by default.
We don't run one dogmatic process. Waterfall, Flexible, and Lean each get something right, and we apply the discipline each actually teaches without treating any one of them as gospel - a regulated environment gets rigor, a fast-moving problem gets velocity. What doesn't change is the relationship: a partnership built for mutual growth, not a vendor relationship billed against scope. Delivery, done right, is not a zero-sum game.
